Corporate secretary

The corporate secretary is an employee of the Fund who is not a member of the Board of Directors or the Management Board of the Fund, appointed by the Board of Directors of the Fund. In his activities, the Corporate Secretary is accountable and subordinate to the Board of Directors of the Fund. The corporate secretary ensures that the Fund's bodies and officials comply with procedures aimed at ensuring the rights and interests of the Sole Shareholder, as well as the Fund's compliance with the provisions in the field of corporate governance, the Charter and other internal documents of the Fund.
