Born on October 6, 1974 in Zhetysai, Turkestan region.

In 1995 she graduated with distinction from the Kazakh Academy of Management (Institute of National Economy) with a degree in business and management.

In 2020 she completed her master's degree at the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation with a degree in Master of Business Administration.

She improved her qualifications in Kazakhstan, Russia, Germany, Switzerland, Korea, etc.

Career

She started her career in 1996 as a statistician-economist at the Zhetysai Central District Hospital;

From 1997 to 1999 from the leading specialist to acting head of financial management in the background of mandatory medical care for South Kazakhstan region (in 1999 reorganized in the South Kazakhstan Regional Center for medical services);

From 2000 to 2001 - Chief Accountant of the branch of RSUK "Densaulyk" on South Kazakhstan region;

From 2001 to 2003 - head of economic and financial management of the South Kazakhstan region;

From 2003 to 2005 - chief specialist of the Department of finance for South Kazakhstan region;

From 2005 to 2006 - first deputy head of the Management Committee for the control of quality medical services of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the city of Astana;

From 2006 to 2009 from head of management to Deputy Director of the Ministry of Healthcare Finance Department of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

In 2009 - deputy director of the Department of planning and economic analysis of «KazTransOil» JSC;

From 2009 to 2015 - deputy head on economic issues of Health Management South Kazakhstan region;

In 2015 - consultant, deputy general director of the RSE on REM "Republican Center for health development";

From 2016 to 2018 - deputy chairman of the committee on medical services of the Ministry of healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

From 2018 to 2019 - director of the Department of Strategic Management and development of NJSC "Social Medical Insurance Fund";
