On this page you can download and familiarize yourself with the list of medical organizations included in the database of healthcare subjects applying for the provision of medical services within the guaranteed volume of medical care and in the compulsory health insurance system.

In the same list, you can select an organization to attach.

Important: when choosing an organization for attachment, pay attention to the column "Form of medical assistance" - you can only attach to clinics that provide primary health care.
